Since these kits are often custom-packed or made to order, we’ve got a special return policy to manage expectations, minimize operational issues, and make sure everything runs smoothly and fairly.

• Items may arrive in multiple boxes with varying delivery timelines.
• Partial returns create restocking, inventory, and resale complications.
