As a family operated business, we do not have large operating expenses like the superstores do. We do not charge more to cover our advertising budget. In addition, manufacturers like us and we are able to get high discount rate to help our customers save money.

However, we follow the MAP pricing for fair competition and if you notice any bumpers offered at a lower price, they might be violating the MAP regulations. Be careful when considering buying from competitors that are not sold by authorized dealers and that also are selling on other platforms such as eBay and Amazon. We can assure you that our prices are the lowest and if you see anyone selling the same bumpers at an even cheaper cost, it’s highly probable that they are either selling used bumpers or have gone against the manufacturer’s regulations. By purchasing from them you risk losing your money and never receiving your order.

If you’re eligible for a free gift along with your purchase, congratulations! Your gift is on its way. It will ship separately from the bumper package and it can take up to 7-10 days for it to be delivered. If you don’t receive the free gift within 10 days of your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll get it sorted out.

You’ll receive your tracking information once we receive your details. That would normally take about 1 to 2 days after shipping. Sometimes it may take longer depending on the system updates, but rest assured that even if you don’t receive your tracking number in 3-6 days your bumper will have still been shipped out. Please do contact us if after 7 days you have yet to receive any updates from us.

For any cancellation request, kindly send an email to info@bumperonly.com. All processed orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee if you request to cancel the order for any reason (except if the item is not available).

Order for custom bumpers cannot be canceled and not refundable.

For special order or backorder, we will contact you via email/call/SMS to provide the lead time of the product. Once we receive a confirmation either verbally or via email that you are willing to wait, we will proceed with the order. Once the order is confirmed, it will be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee if you decide to cancel for any reason.

You can find your tracking information in our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive this email to your inbox, please check your spam folder.  You can also check Order Status page located at the bottom part of our home page or the main menu.

Yes. You will get an email confirmation right after placing an order. If you do not receive the email please contact us immediately. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a tracking confirmation.

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 2 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide while you check out. If your item is on backorder or need to go through manufacturing process, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone. We will notify you the estimate shipping date(From 2 days to 6 weeks) and confirm if you want to continue processing the order.  

All of our bumpers comes with the complete installation hardware for your vehicle. That includes all installation brackets, nuts, bolts and any other mounting hardware necessary. If you’re having difficulty installing the bumper because of missing parts, please contact us and we would be happy to assist you.

We offer free shipping to most of our products. It applies only for the customers in the United States. Please contact us for international shipping charges.

All of our bumpers are hand-crafted and made in the U.S.A. Each of them is built with the highest level of craftsmanship and quality. Because of that, some models take a bit longer to build than others. Most of the bumpers we carry are very popular so demand for them is always high. There are usually about 100 customers in line before the manufacturer can build your particular bumper. After all, real quality takes time.

All posted lead times are an estimate. If there is any delay in the delivery of your bumper, we will provide weekly updates on your order. You can also check the order status page  on our website for the latest updates. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to speed up the process and deliver your bumper to you as soon as possible.

Due to the size and weight of our bumpers, we work with freight carriers for the delivery of your order. Shipping to a commercial address allows us to use facilities such as loading docks to carefully unload your bumper while preventing any dents, scratches or any sort of damage during the process. Delivering to commercial addresses also helps us get your bumper delivered faster because of reduced routing time.

We always aim to ship your bumper as soon as we receive your order. However, we might encounter some delays due to logistic issues, flat tires, manufacturer delay or transit routes. You should normally expect your delivery between 3 to 10 business days and if it’s still not arrived, feel free to contact us about it and we’d be happy to help you out.

We offer parts from different manufacturers. In many cases, your order will be delivered in different packages and at different times. It can some time to take multiple deliveries for all the items in your order to arrive at your shipping address. If you don’t receive all in-stock items within 2 weeks of placing your order, please contact us immediately.

We need pictures to carry out a quick assessment on the bumper and ensure that you get your refund as soon as possible. Our engineering team members will then verify the refund and issue it if it’s within our conditions. You can read more about this in our Return Policy and 30-days money back guarantee.

Refunds are processed only once the bumper is received at the warehouse and our experts have examined it to ensure it’s in perfect condition to resell. After that, our accounting team will release the funds to your bank and you can expect to receive them within 10-15 days.
