Well built and looks great. Installation was somewhat easy, did it by myself with a little help from my loader tractor in roughly 5 hrs. Only issue was instructions, being very vague on lower mounts, also missing some bolts. I also installed the winch mount.
I didn't remove bumper completely, slid it forward enough to get new brackets in. Hung the grille guard from upper bolts squared up as good as I could and snugged up bolts to hold in place. Then took a straight edge on inner side and marked lower air dam, measured in 3/8" and used a occulating cutter to notch it out, about 4". See pictures.

The bumper is well built. Clean welds. The powder coating coverage looks good. I really like the removable panel to get to the top of the winch and controls. As with most things the installation instructions were not great. Overall very satisfied and it looks good

If you don’t have all the tard sensors, don’t take the entire front of the truck apart to install the Bumper. Just bolt on the brackets and bumper. FYI

You’re absolutely right if the truck isn’t equipped with front parking/radar sensors, there’s no need to fully disassemble the front end. In those cases, it can be a straightforward bracket-and-bumper install. We appreciate you sharing that insight, it’ll definitely help other customers.

These bumpers are beast. Extremely well made and designed. Everything about them like their right to body design is very impressive. I had all the sorts, with extras in some small items. I had one issue… the backup sensor extenders I got were faulty, I did find the issue and it’s a manufacturing defect. And bumpers only was great to work with, delivered fast, double checked fit before shipping, run specials, and packaged these bumpers so they arrived mint!

This bumper says "don't pull out in front of me". I do not want to hit another vehicle for multiple reasons. However, accidents happen everyday. Everything happens for a reason, usually because someone F*cked up. Install was easy, The removal was the hard part. The fog lights are very bright. I can see other drivers as they pass me in the opposite direction. If they have their mouth open I can see if they are missing teeth or have a big gap in the front. Seriously.

Wife has a 2009 Boarder Patrol Tahoe with the same bumper. Sadly, she took a hit from a gal who ran a stop sign that crashed out left front at a 90 degree angle. That gals Chrysler was totaled and towed. Our bumper was pushed to the right with wrinkled fenders and hood but still driveable. We then bought a 2015 Tahoe former Police Inspectors Cruiser that they had removed the bumper from. The holes in lower plastic bumper allowed for an easy mounting to the old holes in the frame. These Government Tahoes with 5.3 motors are beefed up versions with heavy duty parts throughout. Same with Fords and Mopar, so they are built to last. These X- Gov cars are really worth a look.
