Media Submission & Consent Agreement

By submitting any media to BumperOnly, I genuinely agree to grant the company consent to feature my truck and any customizations—for promotional purposes. This includes display on their website, advertisements, social media pages, and other marketing materials. I give the Company my permission for such use and publicity, according to the terms and conditions outlined in this Publicity Waiver & Release (“Agreement”).

I understand:

• ✅ BumperOnly can edit or alter the content as needed.
• ✅ I won’t be paid or asked to approve how my content is used.
• ✅ I either own the content or have permission to share it.
• ✅ No one else’s rights are being violated by my submission.

 

THIS AGREEMENT GIVES BUMPERONLY THE RIGHT TO USE MY MEDIA AND PERSONAL INFORMATION (LIKE MY NAME OR COMMENTS) FOR COMMERCIAL USE WITHOUT ANY FURTHER APPROVAL FROM ME. BY SUBMITTING, I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT I’M GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.
