Check out this Insane Ram 1500 TRX 6X6 Truck

All truck enthusiasts have at least once thought about turning a crazy idea for a truck into a reality. After all, every great idea for a new truck started with someone who dared to dream and decided that his/her idea was gonna become something. That's how we've got to a point where we're so lucky to have millions of options for trucks to choose from, one for every personality. Need something that can get you through the toughest of roads? You got it. Need something that's great to drive in the city? There it is.

This determination to make an idea come true, regardless of how insane it sounded, is what happened at Apocalypse Manufacturing - a Florida shop that dared to go beyond expectations and decided to build something truly unique. They weren’t happy with “just” a 4x4 truck so they got a Ram 1500 TRX and transformed it into a 6x6, renaming it ‘Warlord’. Yep, you read that right, this beast has got two extra wheels. Why? The real question is: why not? The team at Apocalypse Manufacturing wanted to see if they could do it and they clearly took pride in succeeding.

The Appearance

Despite the original addition of extra wheels, the shop decided to keep the overall look of the Ram 1500 TRX intact. At a first look, it seems exactly like the standard Ram truck you find on sale. That’s until you turn around and see the 6x6 wheels, obviously!

Overall, this truck keeps its 707 horsepower and it’s just as functional, but one thing to change besides the number of wheels is the price tag. If a classic Dodge Ram 1500 TRX costs $72,120, this insane version is over three times the cost with a staggering $250,000. Still, you can imagine that the cost of reworking and transforming this bad boy wasn’t cheap and the idea definitely stands out, so that’s what you’re paying for.

One thing is sure, you’ll have no issues driving off-road with this truck. If the 4 wheels didn’t do the job at first, the 6 total will definitely sort you out. What do ya all think? Would you be up for the challenge of driving around in a 6x6 or is that just some insanity that should stay in Florida?

However many wheels ya think that your truck needs to be at its most badass, we have just the extra thing your vehicle should have to get that total protection.

Perfect fit for my 2019 F-250! Couldn’t have been happier.

Easy install, great quality and price

Great Product! Get many compliments.

Awesome Quality in Workmanship/Delivery

I work in Nuclear Quality Control and have an eye for spotting sub standard practices in manufacturing to include poor welds. I was impressed with how the bumper was shipped in its protective shipping container, not a scratch. I expected it to be just contained in flimsy cardboard. I looked it over prior to accepting delivery and then looked it over in more detail later on. The welds are all spot on, the connecting seams of the numerous components of the bumper were flawless. Thanks for an outstanding bumper. You guys must have a Quality Assurance Department.

It’s so Cool. Huge Improvement.

I couldn't wait to get this bumper on so I did it myself after I saw the bolts can be attached from the back while balancing the bumper on my trailer hitch. Not sure it that was by design or not- but it worked great, was stable and didn’t scratch my paint.

Well made bumper

A great looking aftermarket modification to my pickup truck.
