While Bumpers only is a great place to find bumpers, ship them out quickly plus gave me several LED lights for free with my order I just wish what I got was a better product.
I got fab fours vengeance bumpers.
Rear came boxed and wrapped nicely but it was apparent the bumper was damaged when being painted and poorly touched up.
Positive part it was replaced quickly but cost me important time and the truck has to sit at the installers for a week. Worst part my rear proximity sensors now don’t work properly. The installer can’t figure out why. It may be due to the configuration of the bumper which relocated the senors inward now causing no readings at the outside edges plus the center protrudes out causing false positive readings. Not good! With this new bumper my rear proximity sensors no longer function properly.
As for the front bumper, it sticks out much farther than the stock one which obscures the front camera close to the pickup plus the prerunner loop blocks the top of the view leaving a small tunnnel vision affect,,,,,,making it just about useless, I am not too happy again. Then there’s the over priced relocation bracket for the radar sensor which operates the collision prevention and adaptive cruise control, instead of locating it at the top of the grill like other manufacturers brackets it is set low so is obscured by the pre-runner loop. Yes the radar sensors can penatrate plastic but not a metal pipe blocking it.
In closing I wish I would have known about all these issues because these bumpers while looking great just do not work for my modern high tech application.
